SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
At Therapeutic by Design we will make every effort to ensure you are satisfied with your order. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of your invoice date at 1-877-628-7049. We will be happy to assist you.

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
When you receive your order, be sure it is exactly what you ordered and that it fits properly before using or washing it. If the item is incorrect, please call customer service at 1-877-628-7049.

PAYMENT AND TERMS
Presently, as we are launching the Fall 2006 Collection, the delivery date for our retail line to our customers is September 25, 2006. All orders will be shipped by the end of September. All orders must be paid for in advance to secure your order. Payment can be made by Visa, Cheque, Cash or Paypal. We accept major credit cards by email or phone. We do not offer terms or accept wholesale orders unless proof of business is provided. For inquiries please contact our office.

MINIMUM ORDERS
We do not require a minimum order from retail clients. There is a minimum order that applies to our distributors. Please contact us directly if you are a business interested in carrying our line.

WHOLESALE ORDERS
If you fax/or e-mail us your letter head and company information (business registration number), we will first check that there are no conflicts with existing customers, then set you up. Contact our office for further information at by email or phone

SHIPPING POLICY
We ship by Canada Post only. Shipping is paid for by the customer. All goods are shipped FOB are our warehouse. In the event the package you receive appears damaged, please note the damage immediately on the waybill when accepting the package. Please open your package immediately and inspect all the products for any damage. If there is damage to your goods, please contact us immediately at 1-877-628-7049. Claims for shortages, shipping errors and damages must be reported to
Therapeutic by Design Inc. within one week of receipt of the shipment. Therapeutic by Design Inc. reserves the right to deny any claims made after this time.

SHIPPING STATUS
You may e-mail Therapeutic by Design Inc. for status inquiries. Please provide the name of person who placed order, the name of the person or the company item is shipping to, and a brief description of items ordered. Tracking numbers may not be available for all shipments. If an order has been shipped and is past due for delivery, mis-delivered or possibly lost by the shipping company, you may contact Therapeutic by Design Inc. to have the package tracked.

RETURN POLICY
Therapeutic by Design Inc. will not guarantee against wear or fading due to washing or environmental conditions that are beyond our control. A 5% residual shrinkage is reasonable and minimal wrinkling of fabrics will occur. Please inspect all fabrics prior to use. Therapeutic by Design Inc. and its Manufacturer are not responsible for normal wear and tear, abuse, mistreatment, damages due to washing or worn fabrics in areas of usage. No returns can be accepted after 14 days of receipt or if altered in any way. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from our office, contact us immediately at 1-877-628-7049. Goods returned without proper authorization from our office will be returned to you collect. Not all situations are covered under this policy. The following are required for returns:
1. Contact our customer service department to obtain authorization for the return.
2. We must receive the goods within 7 days of authorization.
3. Shipping Charges will not be credited on returned items.
